Our kids (totally unlike us) are loud and have lots of energy. To help them relax before bedtime, we’ve been doing about 10 minutes of yoga with them. BE loves it, although she has a hard time staying focused. BC always wants to do it, but then he has a hard time with the poses. I’m not sure if it’s helping yet, I think we need to give it some more time. Anyway, here’s an action shot:
